Meet Our Team

Alberto De La Paz

President & CEO

Alberto began his career 25 years ago in the cleaning industry. Alberto owned and operated a janitorial/maintenance and construction clean-up company (Sun City Services) for the past 20 years. Under his leadership, Sun City Services grew to a company of over 500 employees, becoming one of the largest janitorial companies in the state of Nevada. An entrepreneur and innovator, Alberto has started and been involved with a variety of businesses and start ups. In 2005 Alberto started DLP Services , a commercial office cleaning company with a current staff of over 100 employees.

In 2006 Alberto De La Paz and Mark Fernandez joined and started Silver State Transportation to provide specialty cleaning services for the Transportation Industry. Alberto has lived in Las Vegas since 1972 and has served on the Board of Directors for Opportunity Village. He also enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren. He is an avid soccer fan and a player.

Victor Ruiz

Operations Manager

Victor has worked for DLP Services since the company’s first commencement in March 2005. Prior to DLP Services, Victor was a District Manager for Sun City Services from 1996 to 2005. He has extensive experience in floor and carpet care.

He is fluent in both English and Spanish. As a District Manager, he is in charge of nightly operations such as hiring, employee maintenance and supervising of buildings. He has completed the courses in Terminal Cleaning, Bio-Hazard Cleaning and Cleaning Risk Management.


Sergio Gomez

Technical Manager

Sergio has worked with DLP Services since 2005. Sergio was the supplies manager with Sun City Services from 1999 to 2005. He has years of experience in floor maintenance. He specializes in stone floors, VCT tile floors and carpet cleaning. He has completed the courses in Terminal Cleaning, Bio-Hazard Cleaning and Cleaning Risk Management.

Rodney Ballard

V.P. of Business Development

Rodney is the V.P. of Business Development for Silver State Transportation. He began his career working at a major internet website doing sales training/coaching but for the past 3 years has been consulting clients in the areas of sales and business development. Rodney has worked for some well known financial institutions where he was recognized as a top producer. He manages the marketing efforts of the company and strategic business relationships.

Rodney is a native of Las Vegas and enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, golf and cycling. He and his wife have been married for 7 years and have three children. Rodney is an active member of his church, an Eagle Scout, and volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America. He also speaks fluent Spanish.


Corbin Mack

District Manager

Corbin has been with DLP Services since March of 2008. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and focus on International Business. He is fluent in English and Spanish and oversees the daily operations of the company. Corbin has extensive experience in public relations, marketing and customer service. He works directly with the clients in order to ensure the customer is content with their janitorial service.
