We have developed written plans to ensure compliance with environmental laws:
Chemicals Hygiene and Safety Plan — designated to document compliance with OSHA mandated employee training, and to demonstrate a history of compliance with all aspects of OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard through quarterly updates.

Exposure Control Plan — designed to document compliance with OSHA Blood Borne Pathogen Training, and to demonstrate a history of compliance with all aspects of OSHA Standards.

 

 

DLP Services prepares customized Material Safety Data Sheets Binders, which contain an index list of all chemicals used, and the information on storage as well as emergency first-aid. Binder are placed in closets where chemicals are stored and accessible
